1. Describe or define VO.

In terms of virtual office is a service to shared and office services, which is also mostly includes the business address, mailing and meeting, conference, answering services etc. The virtual office services will provide other in-house or outsourced services such as corporate secretarial services, accounting services, or legal services.

2. Distinguish VO from MIS.
The Virtual Office (VO)are provides the technical support, equipment training and assistance in dealing with service or billing related issues while Management Information Systems are distinct from regular information systems in that they are used to analyze other information systems applied in operational activities in the organization.

3. Illustrate (give examples) how VO can improve company's competitive advantage and organizational performance.

It can improve the virtual office through their has a licensed telecommunications carrier specializing in virtual office and hosted telephone solutions to support small businesses, uses its own unique technology products to guarantee a high standard for its client service function. For instances, in organization they well need to have their communications particularly if there many customer’s so that telecommunications is need in company that’s why it con give a competitive advantage.
