The MIS it can help and support the company if will have a planning, organizing, directing and controlling the business operation. MIS are allowing manager to make decisions for the successful operation of businesses. MIS consist of computer resources people and procedures used in the modern business enterprise. Aside from that, in the organization they will need to have unity particularly the employees and the organization also that need to develops and maintains, or all of the computers system in the enterprises so that the manager can make the decisions.

In terms of virtual office is a service to shared and office services, which is also mostly includes the business address, mailing and meeting, conference, answering services etc. The virtual office services will provide other in-house or outsourced services such as corporate secretarial services, accounting services, or legal services.

The Virtual Office (VO)are provides the technical support, equipment training and assistance in dealing with service or billing related issues while Management Information Systems are distinct from regular information systems in that they are used to analyze other information systems applied in operational activities in the organization.
